Other Information The Client intends to announce a separate tender for the procurement of new metro trainsets in the amount of EUR 45.0 million (including spare parts and consumables, equipment and tools for maintenance, repair of metro trainsets and related services) of the same technical specification, as detailed in Section VI, Requirements of this Procurement Document, under a separate Ukraine Urban Public Transport Project financed by a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB). The tender under the EIB financed project will be conducted in accordance with the EIB’s Guide to Procurement and is expected to be launched on September 2025. The relevant procurement notice will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union (https://ted.europa.eu) and/or EIB’s website (https://www.eib.org/en/about/procurement). It is the intention of the Client, EBRD and EIB to align the closing of both tenders, so that the resulting contracts could be signed at approximately the same time.
